We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our Compliance team in Corby.

?? What you'll be doing
You'll support the ongoing management and integrity of our Enwis system by:

Creating and maintaining customer, supplier, contract and pricing data within Enwis

Processing system setup and maintenance requests from internal stakeholders

Investigating requests and gathering additional information to ensure records are accurate and compliant
-
Working closely with Contract Managers, Compliance and Administration teams to ensure contract information is kept up to date

Supporting the mobilisation of new customers and implementing service or contract changes
-
Coordinating and driving the annual customer and supplier price increase process
-
Issuing Duty of Care documentation and assisting with maintaining customer compliance records

Creating and updating system guides and work instructions to support training and continuous improvement

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and data quality across the business

Previous experience in an administrative, contract administration, data management or compliance-focused role

Experience using databases, CRM systems or business management systems

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Experience of using Enwis would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
