We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician with a valid MOT licence to join the team at our Horizon Honda dealership in Yeovil. Horizon Honda Christchurch is part of the Horizon Magna Motor Group, a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Changan, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high standards of vehicle servicing, repairs and demonstrating an exceptional quality of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times
- Complete the repair and service of all vehicles to exceed the Company and manufacturer’s requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency
- Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company and manufacturer’s requirements
- Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer to meet the Company’s ‘Duty of Care’ responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times
Role Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent
- A valid MOT Testing qualification is essential
- Experience of working for an automotive retailer
- Full UK driving licence (you will be subject to licence checks)
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £34,000 - £39,000 (subject to qualifications and experience) with an OTE of £45,000 + Productivity Bonus

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Saturday as required, paid as additional hours
- Overtime will be a paid as and when required
- Total: 42.5 hours per week
