Role responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join a busy gastro pub in Woking.
Cooking with local fresh produce.
Ability to run an neat, efficient and organised section.
Stock control/rotation.
Who we are looking for:
Preferably from a similar fresh food background.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who remains calm under pressure and communicates well.
