Job Summary:
NSPS Gill Education & Community Services Ltd is seeking an Education Programmes Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of educational and community learning programmes. You'll work with internal teams and community partners to deliver high-quality programmes that support learner success and organisational growth.
What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of education and training programmes.
- Coordinate programme schedules, resources, and day-to-day operations.
- Work with educators, trainers, community partners, and stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop programme materials, reports, and performance updates.
- Support curriculum planning and learning initiatives where required.
- Manage programme budgets, timelines, and operational priorities.
- Ensure programmes comply with relevant policies, safeguarding practices, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with learners, partners, and external organisations.
- Stay informed on education trends, learning technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in education, training, programme management, community services, or a related field.
- Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities effectively.
- Passion for education, learning, and community engagement.
- Good stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and programme excellence.

Pay: £4,700.00-£6,700.00 per month
