Role Overview
We’re a team of 22 auction negotiators across both commercial and residential property, supported by 14 operations colleagues. With auctions taking place every 2-3 weeks and typically 200-300 properties marketed in each catalogue, it's a busy, fast-moving environment where delivering an outstanding experience for vendors, buyers and professional contacts is at the heart of what we do.
As part of the team, you'll be involved in multiple stages of the auction process, from property onboarding and catalogue preparation through to contract administration and post-auction activity. You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors and colleagues across the business, helping to keep everything running smoothly throughout the auction cycle.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll become a key member of the operations team, providing support across different functions when needed. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team-focused environment
