Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Littlehampton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact within the classroom environment.
- Support pupils in their learning across the primary curriculum.
- Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Support children with additional learning needs where appropriate.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or youth setting (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
- An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
