You'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risk, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements, and providing timely, accurate support to both clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk
- · Manage the setup of new client accounts, ensuring comprehensive credit checks, due diligence, and collation of all supporting documentation.
- · Monitor the import of new client accounts, resolving any import errors to maintain accurate data across systems.
- · Conduct Assignment of Debt calls for new client accounts, ensuring proper processing and documentation.
- · Implement client amendments to ensure all account information is accurate and up-to-date across systems.
- · Deactivate accounts with no transactions for three months or where Debt Assignment cannot be confirmed.
- · Reactivate client accounts, applying correct credit limits and updating all systems accordingly.
- · Maintain credit limits, including withdrawals, adjustments, and periodic reviews, in accordance with established procedures; communicate updates to customers and escalate to insurers when higher limits are required.
- · Manage the group inbox, responding to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
- · Review and complete client supplier forms, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- · Perform due diligence for all invoice requests to verify accuracy and compliance.
- · Conduct daily telephone verifications to confirm placements have commenced.
- · Raise and approve invoices for funding once all required verifications and due diligence are completed.
- · To review client or agency Terms of Business to ensure funding can be provided, including but not limited to MSP/Self Billing agreements or Agency own Terms.
- · Review and authorise various ‘red flags’ provided to Operations by our onboarding team, including but not limited to; company associations, company CCJ’s and previous financial difficulty.
- · Conduct background checks on potential new directors/guarantors on our agency agreements to ensure we are comfortable to fund/continue funding.
- · Issue and monitor the progress of Debentures ensuing we remain compliant with our company obligations.
- · Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure fraud is mitigated raising any concerns with the Credit Manager.
- · Ensure customers are kept informed of actions and progress using approved templates and in line with brand values.
- · Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal systems.
- · Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Credit Manager as required.

About You:
Risk/admin experience is preferred but not essential. If you have the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career in Risk Management, we'd love to hear from you.
