The Regent Health Club & Spa is one of the East Midlands' leading luxury health clubs and spas, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Remote Reservations & Membership Consultant to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping maximise bookings, memberships and revenue.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, telesales or membership sales who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working towards achievable targets.

The Role
You'll become the friendly voice of The Regent Health Club & Spa, ensuring every caller receives an outstanding experience from their very first interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound telephone enquiries professionally and enthusiastically
- Welcoming callers and creating an exceptional first impression
- Booking spa treatments, memberships, spa days and reservations
- Promoting memberships, spa packages and additional services
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Upselling premium services and upgrades where appropriate
- Following up customer enquiries and quotations
- Managing bookings, amendments and cancellations accurately
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Building strong relationships with guests
- Working towards achievable booking and sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with our reception, gym and spa teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has an exceptional telephone manner
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Enjoys talking to people and building rapport
- Has previous sales, reservations or customer service experience
- Is confident promoting services and identifying sales opportunities
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Is self-motivated and works well independently
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is confident using computers and multiple software systems simultaneously
- Enjoys working towards individual and team targets
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, health clubs, spas, travel, reservations, membership sales, telesales or call centre environments would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.

Hours
- Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Five shifts per week
- Shift pattern:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Weekend working forms part of the rota - but not every weekend
