Production Manager
Mploy are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our client in Poole area, this is within the food and FMCG Sector.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day production and ensuring consistently deliver high-quality chocolate products safely, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage daily production operations.
· Supervise, motivate and develop the production team.
· Ensure production targets, quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
· Monitor efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
· Manage staffing, production planning and resource requirements.
· Work closely with Quality, Warehouse, NPD and other departments.
· Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
· Ensure company procedures and manufacturing standards are consistently followed.
About You
· Previous production management experience, ideally within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment.
· Confident and experienced people manager.
· Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
· Passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
· Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
· A hands-on leader who can motivate and get the best from their team.

Salary: £45,000 per year
