The Rota & Financial Breakdown
Our unique work pattern offers an exceptional work-life balance: 1 day on, 5 days off (24-hour shifts with a sleep-in).
Your basic salary is £15,000, but you can easily boost your annual earnings by picking up optional extra shifts paid at an enhanced overtime rate of £15.00/hr:
- Basic Salary: £15,000
- Working 1 extra shift per month: Earn £17,799 per annum
- Working 2 extra shifts per month: Earn £20,598 per annum
- Working 3 extra shifts per month: Earn £23,397 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Positive Role Modelling: Act as a resilient, optimistic role model, inspiring children in all aspects of their social, emotional, and educational lives.
- Creating a Home: Work alongside an experienced Registered Manager to foster a safe, warm, and nurturing environment built on love and positive energy.
- Safeguarding: Maintain total commitment to protecting and promoting the welfare of the children and young people in our care.
- Daily Support: Take part in regular household activities, including preparing shared meals (all staff meals are fully provided for free).
Requirements
- Right to Work: Unrestricted, permanent legal right to work in the UK (No Visas/Sponsorship available).
- Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent) is required.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred; an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or higher is highly desirable. (If you don't have it, we will fully fund your Level 3–5 Diplomas).
- Attributes: High emotional resilience, a positive mindset, and a shared vision for child-centred care.
