Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours A Week) term time only
Pay: from £100 to £120 per day dependant on experience (PAYE - no umbrella deductions)
Job Description:
Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to work with one of our partner secondary schools, full-time, in the Solihull area starting from September 2026. This role will be on a long-term basis, expected to last until the end of the academic year with the potential to become permanent.
This is a coeducational all-through school with a dedicated and highly skilled staff team. Together, they are committed to a shared vision of educational excellence, supporting and inspiring the children, families, and wider school community they serve.
Key Requirements:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons left by the classroom teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Take the register and ensure all students are accounted for
- Experience (minimum of 3 months) in an educational setting
- Proven experience covering ages from 11-16
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
