Responsibilities

- Keep accurate records of care activities, medication administration, and any changes in health status using online systems
- Promote a positive environment by engaging service users in social activities and encouraging their participation
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met through diligent hygiene practices and environment upkeep
Requirements
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home care duties
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding of care plans and instructions
- Basic IT skills for documenting care activities and updating records efficiently
- Strong communication skills to build trustful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly to meet individual needs
