We are looking for compassionate and skilled Support Worker (bank) to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
What You’ll be Doing
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
- Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for residents.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
