We are looking for motivated, friendly individuals who are eager to learn and grow. No previous experience in healthcare, audiology, or ear care is needed – we will teach you everything from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Clinical Ear Care Practitioner, you’ll learn how to:
- Understand the ear and how it works (anatomy and physiology)
- Assess patients and provide professional ear care
- Safely remove ear wax using specialist techniques and equipment
- Support patients and give advice on their ear health
You’ll be working in modern, well-equipped clinics alongside experienced professionals, using specialist medical equipment.
Your Training Journey
We provide full, structured training, including:
- Hands-on practical training in our clinical training centres
- Learning from experienced clinicians and specialists
- Support every step of the way as you build your confidence and skills
Please note:
- You will need to travel as part of your role
- For the first few months, you will stay in our training centres while completing your initial training
This is a unique opportunity to fully immerse yourself in learning a new profession.

Pay: £21,158.00-£24,785.00 per year
