We are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the operational and administrative execution of strategic cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, executive leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate operates with high autonomy, excels in fast-paced US business environments, and brings strong expertise in workflow tracking, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Assist in defining project scopes, establishing timelines, and tracking critical paths using software like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between department heads, internal teams, third-party vendors, and US enterprise clients.
- Resource & Schedule Tracking: Monitor milestones, handle project dependencies, and coordinate internal team bandwidth across multiple concurrent projects.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, budget variances, or delivery delays early, proposing solutions to minimize business impact.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project charters, status reports, change requests, meeting minutes, and executive dashboards.
- Vendor & Contract Oversight: Track vendor deliverables, process invoices/purchase orders (POs) through internal AP systems, and ensure contract compliance.
- Process Improvement: Standardize PMO templates, optimize team workflows, and train junior coordinators on operational best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of progressive project coordination or project management experience within a corporate environment.
- Certifications (Preferred): CAPM, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM) is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello).
- Familiarity with enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, or Workday) preferred.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship required.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
