Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently. Previous experience in customer sales roles will be advantageous. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise whilst delivering outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from customers and assist them with their sales enquiries in a professional manner
- Contact customers regularly, maintaining B2B relationships, identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Reach out to potential new customers and creating new working relationships
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using company systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Pay: £12.71 per hour
