Description
Production LX is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands on role covering digital marketing, social media, content creation, customer communication and general business administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone entering the Industry.
A key part of the role will be working directly with the Directors to understand the vision for Production LX and help translate that vision into engaging marketing and content.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop campaigns and help shape how the business presents itself across social media and other digital channels.
Alongside their apprenticeship training, there will be opportunities to undertake relevant external courses and training in platforms such as Canva and Meta, as well as other marketing tools relevant to their development.
Key Responsibilities -
Social Media & Content Creation -
- Create engaging social media content for Production LX.
- Work directly with the Directors to understand the vision, direction and goals of the business.
- Help turn that vision into creative content and marketing ideas.
- Upload, schedule and manage content across all relevant social media platforms.
- Create graphics and marketing materials using platforms such as Canva.
- Capture and edit photo and video content.
- Help plan social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Develop new and creative ideas to promote the business.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across our different channels.
- Monitor engagement and help identify which content performs well.
Assist with keeping our websites and other digital channels up to date.
Live Events & Behind-the-Scenes Content -
Depending on the successful candidate and their development within the role, there may be opportunities for occasional on-site work at live events.
This could include: -
- Capturing behind-the-scenes photo and video content.
- Creating social media content from live events.
- Showcasing projects from setup through to the finished event.
- Working alongside our event and production teams.
- Turning live-event footage into engaging marketing content.
- Identifying opportunities to showcase the people, projects and work behind
Production LX.
Some event work may take place outside the normal Monday to Friday working pattern. This
will be occasional and discussed in advance.
Business & Administrative Support -
- Assist with general day-to-day administration.
- Monitor and respond to emails appropriately.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries.
- Assist customers with booking enquiries.
- Create, organise and manage bookings.
- Keep customer details, booking information and internal records organised and up to
date.
- Liaise with customers and team members regarding upcoming bookings.
Support the Directors and wider team with general administrative and operational
tasks as required.
Entry requirements
GCSE Maths and English - Grade C/4 or above
Training to be provided
You will be completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice
As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

The Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship includes an end point assessment. This is done in the final part of the apprenticeship and is how the apprentice is judged on their learning and will include:
- Producing a written Report
- Portfolio of evidence based work
- Presentation and Q&A
- Professional Discussion based on Portfolio

Things to consider
Someone that has a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the various locations and lack of Public transport to the employers location.
Needs to be flexible to work out of the 10am - 5pm typical hours due filming and creating content at live events.

Working week 10am-5pm Monday to Friday with flexibility during Live Events
