Blakeney Hotel is a privately owned family run hotel which has a magnificent quayside location with panoramic views across the estuary and salt marshes to Blakeney Point, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We are looking for talented and experienced Chefs with a passion for fresh food and creating high-quality dishes to join our kitchen team. This position would be suited to an established Chef de Partie looking for a new opportunity, or a motivated Demi Chef to Partie looking to take the next step in their career.

- Working with a great team to prepare, cook and present an exceptionally high standard of food in line with standards
- Ensure a safe yet effective food operation, in compliance with set out health & safety and food hygiene standards

Working Hours:
Roles are offered on a full time basis to cover lunch and dinner service.
Our chefs work a mix of straight and split shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Job Type: Permanent. Live in accommodation while on shift may be available on application.
