Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal areas, new builds to holiday homes, following established protocols.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintain safety standards by handling cleaning chemicals responsibly and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines to management promptly.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company quality standards consistently.
- Contribute to a team environment by supporting colleagues in completing daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and procedures is advantageous.
- Clean driving license and CSCS card would be preferred
