Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated restaurant staff to join our dynamic team.
All FOH positions are available: Waiters / Waitresses, Bartenders, Porters, Supervisors, etc.
All roles involve providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and contributing to a welcoming dining environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary and customer service skills within a professional environment. Prior industry experience is highly appreciated.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and building, including tables, chairs, surfaces, restaurant front, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently throughout all duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing priorities
