We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role that requires someone who is confident, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilties
- Managing customer bookings and appointments.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries.
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and company records.
- Preparing quotes, invoices and customer documentation.
- Following up customer enquiries and confirming bookings.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors in a professional manner.
- General office administration, filing and document management.
- Supporting the directors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What we are looking for
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Previous admin and customer service experience.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly, professional and reliable approach to work.
- Experience within the construction or hospitality industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
