Fenice Media Ltd is a fast-growing Birmingham-based media company behind premium brands including Luxury Travel Guide, Corporate LiveWire, and the internationally recognised Prestige Awards.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and versatile SEO, AI Search & Online Reputation Specialist to support our digital growth and strengthen the online presence of our brands.
The Role
This is a varied position that combines SEO, AI search optimisation, reputation management, content creation, social media, and general marketing support. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and assist across a range of digital marketing and administrative activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing SEO strategies across multiple websites
- Improving rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility
- Monitoring and enhancing online reputation
- Optimising content for AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Co Pilot.
- Researching Google search trends and autocomplete predictions
- Creating and editing video content for websites and social media
- Managing and assisting with social media content and campaigns
- Attending industry events, award ceremonies, networking functions, and client events to create content and promote our brands
- Providing administrative support to the marketing department when required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or reputation management
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Video editing experience using Canva Pro.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
- Comfortable attending events and representing the company professionally
