Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process — moving, storing, and managing products to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Safe and accurate forklift operation
✅ Unloading/loading pallets and materials
✅ Monitoring stock rotation and product quality
✅ Completing essential paperwork and inspections
✅ Supporting production by line feeding and stacking
✅ Assisting with shunting duties (training provided!)
✅ Ensuring machinery is clean, safe, and well-maintained
✅ Keeping your work area clean and hazard-free
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
A valid FLT certificate
Experience or knowledge of food manufacturing (a big plus!)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A can-do attitude and team spirit
Great communication and problem-solving skills
