About the Role
Aberdeen is known for its strong transport, energy, and industrial sectors, and at GripGo Tyre Limited, we bring that same standard of reliability and speed to mobile tyre and roadside support services.
We provide professional tyre fitting, emergency response, fleet support, and vehicle service solutions for private customers and commercial clients.
We are looking for a Regional Mobile Tyre Operations Manager who can take ownership of service delivery, field teams, scheduling, quality standards, and regional performance.
You will coordinate mobile technicians, manage fleet and equipment availability, improve response times, and ensure that customers receive a safe and dependable service.
You are not simply managing daily schedules. You are building an efficient regional operation that can respond quickly, maintain high standards, and support continued business growth.

Operational Influence: You will have responsibility for improving technician productivity, customer response times, fleet readiness, and service quality.
Varied Work: You will support mobile tyre fitting, emergency roadside assistance, commercial fleet servicing, and planned maintenance operations.
Modern Systems: We use scheduling, vehicle tracking, customer management, inventory, and performance reporting systems to coordinate regional services.
Growth: You will receive support for technical training, operational management development, health and safety qualifications, and industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Operations: Manage daily mobile tyre fitting, roadside assistance, and fleet service activities across the Aberdeen region.
- Team Coordination: Schedule technicians, allocate jobs, monitor workload, and ensure that field teams have the resources required to complete work safely.

- Inventory Control: Monitor tyre stock, consumables, tools, and emergency equipment to prevent shortages or operational delays.
- Customer Support: Resolve escalated service issues and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, business customers, and service partners.
- Commercial Monitoring: Review operating costs, labour utilisation, service margins, and regional performance against agreed targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, route planning, stock management, communication, and service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct service reviews, investigate complaints, and ensure that completed work meets company and industry standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in automotive services, tyre operations, roadside assistance, fleet maintenance, logistics, or field service management.
