About the Role:
- 16–24 hours per week (including Saturdays)
- Mix of in-store sales, admin, and IT support
- Help us improve our systems and processes as we grow

Job Description: Sales Advisor (IT & Admin Focus)Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable advice
- Support with day-to-day sales and admin tasks (order processing, stock management, customer records)
- Help review and improve our systems (Google Sheets, WooCommerce, CRM, etc.)
- Identify and suggest new tools or processes to make the business run more smoothly (including AI solutions)
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and support the team with tech queries
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure data security and GDPR compliance
- Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for improvement
- Help with in-store displays and ensure the shop floor is tidy and inviting
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or admin
- Strong IT skills (Google Suite, spreadsheets, email, basic troubleshooting)
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Good communicator, able to explain tech concepts simply
- Willingness to work some Saturdays
Desirable
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation (training provided)
- Interest in baby/children’s products (training provided)

- Empathetic and helpful, with a can-do attitude
- Curious and eager to learn new systems
- Team player, happy to support others
