We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our vibrant holiday park team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our booking system.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring all materials are organized and up-to-date.
- Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel reception is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate clearly and professionally over calls.
- Knowledge of holiday park operations enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
