Job Title: Children's Registered Manager
Location: East Lancashire / Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (including discretionary bonus of up to £10,000 for dual-home responsibility)

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Experience Required: Significant experience in residential children's care, including leadership or management experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's home
The Home:
Our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Children's Registered Manager to lead one of their therapeutic children's homes. This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference by creating a safe, nurturing and child-centred environment where young people can thrive.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and development of the home, ensuring children receive high-quality therapeutic care while maintaining full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.

You will have:
Significant experience within residential children's care.
Leadership or management experience in an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
A thorough understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
A therapeutic, trauma-informed and child-centred approach.
The ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
