Receptionist / Patient Care Administrator

If so, we'd love to hear from you.We are an established private dental practice in Sandhurst, Berkshire, looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist / Patient Care Administrator to become a valued member of our friendly team.Our practice is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a welcoming and modern environment. We offer a comprehensive range of treatments including dental implants, orthodontics, Invisalign, CEREC same-day restorations, facial aesthetics and general private dentistry. You'll be joining a close-knit team that genuinely supports one another and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Hours
This is a Part Time OR Full-Time position, working:
- Monday 7:45am-5:00pm
- Tuesday 7:45am-5:00pm
- Wednesday 11:00am-8:00pm
- Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm
- Friday 7:45am-5:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm (one per month)
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and reassuring experience from the moment they contact or visit the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
- Managing patient appointments and supporting the diaries of our clinicians.
- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and managing voicemail enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Assisting patients with enquiries about treatments, payment options and finance plans.
- Supporting both our private patients and externally referred patients.
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
- Developing a good understanding of the wide range of treatments we provide.
About You

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential. Experience within a dental practice is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
