General Operative (Painting)
London & South West (Site-Based)
Full-time | 40 hours per week + overtime
CC Infrastructure Services are seeking General Operatives with painting experience to support our continued growth across the London and South West regions.
Key Responsibilities
· Painting structures (e.g. railings, bridges)
· General labouring duties
· Industrial cleaning and coatings
· Graffiti removal and protection
· Maintaining tools and equipment
· Updating job information via tablet
Requirements
· Previous labouring/painting/manual work experience
· Valid CSCS Card (essential)
· Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
· Willingness to work shifts
Pay & Benefits
· Competitive pay + additional hourly uplifts:
o +£1.50/hour (IPAF, blasting, confined spaces)
o +£2–£3/hour (PTS or supervisory work)
· If you don't have the above tickets, fully funded training is available and any further qualifications/training also available
· Paid travel time (after first hour for drivers)
