Seasonal Visitor Experience Assistants, Guildenacre Woodland Adventure
Help bring the magic of Guildenacre to life.
We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and energetic Seasonal Visitor Experience Assistants to join our team at Guildenacre, our immersive woodland adventure destination.
As one of the first faces our visitors meet, you'll help create memorable experiences for families as they explore our woodland trails, adventure play areas and magical spaces.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and helping them make the most of their day
- Sharing information, stories and recommendations about the site
- Supporting trails, activities and seasonal events
- Helping maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests
- Answering questions and providing excellent customer service
- Acting as an ambassador for Guildenacre's spirit of adventure and discovery
We're looking for people who are
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Passionate about delivering great visitor experiences
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
- Reliable, proactive and a great team player
- Enthusiastic about nature, play and the outdoors
- Available to work weekends, school holidays and peak periods
