Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian/Mexican Cuisine and with a flair for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests. Additional experience in Italian cuisine preferrable. At least 2 years minimum experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
- Ensure all food safety regulations and standards are strictly adhered to, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes during peak service times.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and best practices within the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar culinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and food safety practices.
- Creative flair with a passion for cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
- A relevant culinary qualification is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrated.
