Work Just 4 Days a Week – Every Week!
Enjoy long weekends while building a hands-on career in engineering. This role offers a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, giving you Fridays off without compromising your earnings.
About the Role
As a Trainee Pipefitter, you'll help install high-end, custom garage equipment in premium automotive workshops — working with world-class brands like Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, and Jaguar Land Rover.
You’ll be trained to install systems that deliver air, oil, and water to each technician’s work bay, including:
- Air compressors and associated pipework
- Oil tanks and oil distribution systems
- Ducting and exhaust extraction systems
- Mains water connections
- Workshop plumbing and pipefitting
Working in a two-person team alongside a Lead Engineer, you'll receive structured training both on-site and off-site to help you gain the skills and experience needed to progress. Most Junior Pipefitters move into Lead Engineer roles within 2–3 years.
Important: This role requires staying away from home 3 nights per week, every week, as you'll be working at client sites across the UK.
What We’re Looking For

- Ductwork or exhaust extraction system installation
- Experience with air compressors, oil systems, or water services
- Commercial plumbing experience (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
