The Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, customer service-focused individual to join our team.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Main Duties:
· To be at the forefront of creating a warm and welcoming environment for Members, Guests, and Visitors
· Ensure all service areas are well presented
· To prepare back-of-house service points with regards to the expected numbers for lunch and dinner
· To serve food and drink efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have a passion for catering and customer service and take real pride in everything they do
· Possess a professional and can-do attitude coupled with drive and commitment
· Be able to work in a team environment and possess good communication skills
· Have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety legislation (desirable)
· The ability to work under pressure
· The ability to plan and prioritise work
· The ability to multitask
