About us
We are a family owned and run retail bakery/convenience store, operating under the SPAR fascia in Boston. We have a fabulous team of 29 people and are looking for someone special to join us!
The working hours for this role will be after 4pm four nights nights a week with alternate weekend shifts being part of the rota. We do ask for some flexibility to help with sickness and holiday cover but this would only be within the agreed shift pattern.
We are looking for a smiley, self motivated person to join our happy team. The role will include assisting and serving customers, restocking shelves and ensuring that the store is clean each evening. You may also get involved in setting up displays and preparing simple food to go.
Whilst some retail or food experience would be a bonus, we are also very happy to train up the right person.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
