The Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our Havaianas team.
This is a permanent part-time position, 16 hours per week, based at Gatwick Airport.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong product knowledge and confidently advise customers on our products.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Process sales, refunds and exchanges in line with company procedures.
- Follow cash handling and till/POS procedures accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy trading periods.
- Follow all company policies, procedures and airport security requirements.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude towards changing business needs.

Important
- This role is advertised on a Part-Time Permanent Contract (16 hours per week) in line with our contract with Gatwick Airport.
- Shift patterns are scheduled between 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Staff must arrive 30 minutes before their shift starts to complete the required airport security checks.
- This role is based in an airside location at Gatwick Airport. All staff are required to complete the necessary security vetting and obtain an airside pass to work in this location.
- All offers are subject to Future 62 Ltd obtaining satisfactory employment references covering the previous 5 years, completion of Criminal Record Checks and the candidate successfully passing the General Security Awareness Training tests as required by MAG.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
