Owing to expansion and progression in the team we have a vacancy. Ideally we are looking for two dispensers at 20 hours per week or a full time dispenser, however hours and days of work are negotiable.
We are looking for an experienced dispenser with current dispensing experience.
The Dispensary Services Quality Scheme (DSQS) we sign up to requires that we recruit dispensers who already have a minimum of 1000 hours dispensing experience and had suitable training and qualifications (minimum NVQ Level 2).
The successful candidate will be able and expected to work additional hours occasionally to cover dispensary staff annual leave to ensure we can offer a service to our patients 8.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Overtime on a non-working day is paid at time and a half.
Dispensers are given the opportunity to take on additional duties which attracts a higher pay rate.
We are seeking a well-organised, friendly individual, with current dispensing experience and training, who has excellent customer service and communication skills. This is a busy and varied role, and the successful applicant will be fully committed to attention to detail, patient safety, team work and high quality service provision.
