KT Healthcare is a family-run organisation providing assessment and therapeutic services across the Neurodevelopmental, Brain Injury and Complex Care sectors. Our team of clinicians work on a sub-contracting basis – they are highly specialist and deliver high-quality assessments, reports, and therapy sessions within a multidisciplinary team.
We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to support a 20-year-old client in Watford following a road traffic accident (RTA) resulting in a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in April 2026.
The client continues to experience a range of cognitive and functional difficulties following their injury, including:
- Word-finding difficulties
- Memory difficulties
- Processing difficulties
- Difficulties with reading and writing
- Difficulties completing simple mathematical tasks
The role will involve assessing the client’s current presentation and providing appropriate physiotherapy intervention to support their ongoing rehabilitation, independence and functional recovery. The successful therapist will work as part of a wider multidisciplinary approach, with an SLT also being sought to support the client’s communication and language needs.
We’re looking for a Physiotherapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury or complex rehabilitation, who is confident working with young adults and supporting individuals following acquired brain injury.
At KT Healthcare, we are committed to fostering excellence in clinical practice and supporting our team to deliver the highest standards of care.
We offer:
- A supportive and professional working environment
- Access to group training and continued professional development
- Regular peer support and 1:1 supervision sessions
- Flexible working arrangements
- Highly competitive rates of pay
- The autonomy to choose your client group or caseload
- Potential for further work and additional referrals
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding associate role supporting a young adult through their ongoing recovery following a significant brain injury.
Please submit your details and our team will be in touch to discuss the role.
