Aura Connections is hiring a Trainee Operations Manager to learn how a growing sales and marketing business runs from the ground up. You'll start on the commercial side — sales, customer acquisition, and campaign performance — then build into people management, recruitment, and day-to-day operations. We train from the ground up through hands-on mentoring.

Responsibilities
- Support sales and customer acquisition activity, including customer relationships and communication
- Assist with client campaign delivery and track campaign performance
- Take part in commercial decision-making and day-to-day teamwork

Requirements
