The Role
As part of the bar team at Society Manchester, you:
- Work the bar during busy shifts with confidence and efficiency
- Deliver high standards of hospitality at every interaction
- Keep service smooth, even at peak times

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a busy bar setting
- Strong knowledge of craft beer or cocktails — or the passion to grow your expertise quickly
- Positive, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Confidence working as part of a team during high-volume service
