The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors. Previous sales experience isn't necessary—we'd rather train someone with the right attitude than someone with years of experience and established habits.
You'll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to build a successful career in sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with potential customers about our solar solutions.
- Building rapport and understanding customers' needs.
- Explaining the benefits of solar in a clear and professional way.
- Booking appointments or closing sales (depending on your role).
- Working towards achievable targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, professional, and driven to succeed.
- Sales experience is not required—full training is provided.
