We are looking for a new skilled individual to join our growing team as a painter and decorator to our existing property portfolio. You will be working in vacant and occupied residential rental properties, common ways and some commercial properties.
The ideal candidate must have good experience and knowledge of painting and decorating.
You must have:
- Good decorating/painting skills
- Plastering experience desirable
- Exterior decorating skills and knowledge
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team and to complete tasks in a timely manner
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Use of own vehicle for business purposes
- Ability to work to deadlines.
You will be provided with access to all tools and materials to complete your work.
We expect you to provide a high quality painting and decorating service including maintaining our properties to a high standard and ensuring safety procedures are followed whilst working.
You will be expected to participate in cover arrangements within the maintenance team to ensure proper accessibility to services for tenants and to provide mutual support for priority tasks, e.g. seasonal work and emergency situations.
To maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with tenants, other trades and their representatives or outside agencies.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Starting salary negotiable depending on experience.
