Due to continued growth and expansion, Gwbert Holidays is currently recruiting for part-time housekeeping team members to support the servicing of our luxury holiday homes in Gwbert.
Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our portfolio of high-quality holiday properties.
Our busiest changeover days are typically Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. While availability on these days is important, work will not necessarily be required every week, and hours may vary depending on demand.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, flexible, and conscientious, with a strong attention to detail. The role is primarily team-based, although there may be occasions where independent working is required.
A full, clean driving licence is desirable due to the nature and location of the properties.
As this is a seasonal role, hours may reduce during quieter winter periods. However, there may be opportunities to pick up additional hours across our wider group of properties, including at The Cliff Hotel & Spa, offering greater consistency of work where available.
The hourly rate for this position is above the National Minimum and National Living Wage, starting from £13.25 per hour for applicants aged 21 and over. Please note that rates for those under 21 may vary in line with age-related pay guidelines.
