Ventilation Engineer – London

We are a well-established property maintenance and engineering contractor delivering installation, servicing and maintenance solutions across residential, commercial and public sector properties. Operating throughout London and the South East, we provide planned and reactive maintenance services for local authorities, housing associations and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
· Install, service and maintain MVHR, MEV, extract fans and ventilation systems.
· Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs.
· Diagnose mechanical, electrical and control faults on ventilation systems.
· Inspect, clean and maintain filters, coils and heat exchangers.
· Commission ventilation systems and balance airflows.
· Install ventilation equipment, controls and associated ductwork.
· Complete all work in line with Part F regulations, Health & Safety requirements and company procedures.
· Complete job reports and manage company-issued tools, equipment and materials.
· Work across occupied and void domestic and commercial properties.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
· NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation, Building Services or equivalent.
· Ventilation Level 2 or 3 qualification aligned to Part F (Domestic Ventilation Commissioning/Building Services).
· City & Guilds Inspection & Testing qualification (Level 2 or 3).
· Minimum 3 years' experience installing, servicing and fault finding ventilation systems.
· Experience working on MVHR, MEV and extract ventilation systems.
· Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
