Project Coordinator – NanoPro-Tech
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing all post-sales activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from the point of sale through to completion. This role acts as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and installers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities following the completion of a sale through to project completion.
- Manage project schedules and maintain accurate diaries and calendars for the project and installation teams.
- Schedule site visits, installations, inspections, and customer appointments.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and responding to enquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure materials, resources, and personnel are available as required.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, customer records, and job files.
- Prepare and issue work orders, installation schedules, and project updates.
- Coordinate after-sales service requests, warranty claims, maintenance visits, and customer follow-up.
- Ensure all project milestones are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Support the sales team with project handovers and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Produce reports on project progress, outstanding actions, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Office Manager or Customer Service Coordinator role.
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional, customer-focused approach.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
