Doorknobs are currently looking for an enthusiastic new member of staff to join there lettings team. The candidate should have experience in the property industry.
The role will include, but not limited to, regular communication with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, administration work, and providing a top level of customer service.
Candidates that apply must have the following:
1. The ability to handle a fast paced environment and work well under high pressure situations
2. Good telephone communication skills
3. Face-to-face personable skills
4. Well-Spoken and well presented
5. Have use of their own car
6. A positive attitude and enthusiastic
Job Specification:
1. Days - Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
2. Hours - Monday to Friday -10am- 6:30pm, Saturday 10am-3pm
3. Holiday - 20 Days + Bank Holidays
4. Parking Supplied & Mileage Paid
5. Salary - Basic £22,000 - £24,000 (Depending on Experience) - OTE - £28,000 - £30,000
