Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join NOVOBLANC London. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair treatments and styles, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. You will also play a vital role in promoting our services and products, contributing to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Provide barbering services with precision and skill.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hairstyles and treatments.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, makeup application, and beauty treatments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in store management is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is desirable.
- Skills in eyelash extensions and makeup application are a plus.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive client experience.
