We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our deliciously dedicated Production Teams! They’re responsible for the heart and soul of our business – our snacks! - making sure they’re tasty, safe, and packaged fresh off the line to reach shops (and customers) with that satisfying CRUNCH. We’re looking for Production and Packing Machine Operators to help us do just that, working either 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (on alternate weeks), or 10pm to 6am shifts at our Corby site (NN17 4AP).
Let’s get a flavour of the role:
A typical day will include:
- Set up, run and monitor production and packing machinery
- Ensuring snacks are cooked, packed and prepared to the highest standards
- Carrying out quality checks to keep our products tasting great
- Working safely and keeping your area clean and tidy
- Supporting team targets and contributing to a positive shift atmosphere
- Troubleshoot machine issues and clear blockages as needed
- Record production data, including quantities, materials used, and issues encountered
- Follow safety and GMP procedures, including sanitation and lockout/tagout requirements
Key Ingredients (what we need to see from you):
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in food, but similar will be considered
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Like staying active and busy during shifts in a challenging environment
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to commute to our site in Corby on time, and reliably
