Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, seasoning, plating, and presentation of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Serve food efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals during busy service hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
