Job Objective
An absolute focus on sales to maximise business by bringing in new customers and growing existing ones across all sectors and product groups.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure a sustainable, secure and growing business with maximised profits

Ensure the business constantly acquires new customers across all sectors

Ensure the business achieves or exceeds forecast turnover and profit.

Ensure all sales enquiries are followed up promptly and followed through to conclusion.

Be commercially aware of customer and competitor activity.

Ensure planning, pricing and quotations are accurate, well presented, submitted on time and include pricing criteria and T&Cs.

Responding to and following up all sales enquiries

Participating in planning, pricing and quotations

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
You will be using our CRM system which enables timely follow-ups, accurate opportunity tracking and clear visibility of sales activity and order tracking.
The ideal candidate will visit a number of market sectors including, new build, rental properties, social housing, health care, care homes, education, hospitality and leisure, housing associations, commercial office and local authorities.
We are looking for a confident, proactive individual who is self-motivated and forward thinking in their approach to maximise sales and profit.
