Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on food preparation and serving.
- Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food safety protocols.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

- Need to be 18 or over as some equipment will require adult person to operate.
- Need to be able to lift 25 kg bag of potatoes to chest height as required to make chips.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
